About Cole
Cole was born in California and is currently living in Helsinki (Finland).
This is the first opportunity to study Yoga with him in Berlin.
With the experience of over twenty years of yoga Cole can share his
knowledge in a wise, non-dogmatic and logical way. He has explored in
depth many Yoga systems including Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga,
and formulated his own uniquely modern approach.
He is the director of Studio 8 in Helsinki.
Cole sees each student as unique, and helps everyone to
build up an optimally balanced practice.
Workshop Description
In this workshop Cole is going to focus on "the Royal Family of Yoga Asana" - especially on backbends and balancing postures.
We will study a variety of techniques to approach these often times challanging Yoga poses in an intelligent and anatomically balanced way.
Schedule
Cole will teach four intensive classes on the weekend of 11 & 12 June 2011
Saturday & Sunday
11.00-13.30 and 14.30-17.00

Cancellation policy
You can offer a substitute (who has not yet registered) at any time.
If you do not provide another person taking your place, the following service fee will be charged:
42 or more days before the workshop: the workshop deposit (20% if not stated otherwise)
21 or more days before the workshop: 50% of the total amount.
The full amount has to paid after that date.
